Intimidating

Yesterday, XC picture day. I think I was the only one who didn't smile in the individual shot because I wanted to look intimidating. But I smiled in the group photo.
Workout: 4pm, 20 minutes barefoot on the grass with Sonja. She has the same knee problem as me. 8pm, 60 minutes aquajogging with Sonja and Colin.
Day before yesterday: 75 minutes on this awesome mountain road. Running! Saw no bears. Quads were not happy with me, but they're not hurting, they're just whining.

Did I mention the HP's printer would be nice to have? Writing a paper on Islam mysticism. But the Minox camera . . . no thanks.

Yes, Dad told me you want the printer. I'll stuff it into the suitcase along with everything else.

In the Oregonian today: Adrienne McGuirk got picked as one of the Prep Players of the week for winning the Jesuit/Southridge dual XC meet last week with a time of 18:27, fastest 5K time in the state so far this season - dude! I watched the race while I waited for Luke to be finished with football practice - she was at least 20-25 seconds in front of Noelle, and it was a pretty hot afternoon. There's a freshman Shutte sister running XC this year and she's pretty good too. I think Sarah Bridges is playing soccer though.

Let me know if you think of anything else to bring. I will have a few surprises too.

And find out if you can visit Brendan.

Hey Rafter
I trust you were surprised by FredJr ;) -- yes?
Hope that printer works for you. If you need printer ink refill go to Meritline.com and figure out what you need and let me know. Only takes a couple of days to get delivered, just don't wait 'til the last second.

Good Morning. Have fun this weekend with your Mom. It will be good for them to see what a neat Mom you have. A reminder: When your Mom leaves be sure to tell her how much the trip meant to you. Sneak in a "I love You - thanks, Mom" too. It will mean a lot. Love your Blogs. Grandma
