Shoppin' Shoppin' !

We're going to Target! and then to find some junk 4 x 4s, but I don't know where . . .
I'm going to get things under these broad categories:
- school supplies (hole puncher)
- eating-ware (tupperware, bowls, spoons)
- foodstuffs (fruits, cereals)
- hygienic stuffs (like tissues)
- emergency/first aid
- vitamins, medicines (like Sudafed)
- earbuds (all my headphones broke)

Oh, why we need 4 x 4s. Our "euro futon" broke. It lasted longer than anyone else's Target futon, at least in Slocum. However, we are not going to throw it out like the others, but we shall try to fix it and make it more comfortable than ever.

Will you parents be heartless and count my expenses as luxury goods?

Well, when you put it that way how can we do anything but wire you some $$. Let me know how much you spent.

Follow up on the box I sent: It's coming UPS and is supposed to arrive on 2/14, Valentine's Day. I put something in there that you can share with your wing/hall friends; you'll figure out what it is when you see it.

Let us know how chemistry is going. Good luck getting all your work finished (and do finish it).

Also let me know what you're doing over the block break. If you want to sign up for the wolf sanctuary trip that sounds good. Aaron & I went to the outdoor expo yesterday and saw some timber wolves hanging out in their cages. They just look like big lazy dogs. At the expo we waited in line for 30 minutes so Aaron could use a bamboo pole to fish in a very scummy fake pond for trout for 10 minutes. He caught nothing but the fat guy next to us who was fishing for his 2 year old daughter caught 4 even though the limit was supposed to be 2 and to add insult to injury he mooned me every time he bent over to grab a fish that had flopped on the floor. Then we looked at a lot of boats and even more stuffed animal heads. Favorite T-shirt: PETA/People Eating Tasty Animals.

FYI Mom, "outdoor" type events don't mean "for nature lovers."

Actually your little brother loves nature, loves animals and love fishing. Those appreciations are not mutually exclusive.
