Glucosamine and Chondritin

Jeff says that I should really try glucosamine and chondritin (sulphate) for my knee. I looked up some academic places, first Oxford's Clinical School: Glucosamine and chondritin for knee OA; then the U.S. National Institutes of Health: Efficacy of Glocosamine and Chondritin Sulfate May Depend on Level of Osteoarthritis Pain.
Seems like a legitimate option.

Are you saying you have osteoarthritis in your knee? Now that you're on block break you have time to research whether you can get this stuff somewhere in Colorado Springs. Or Dad suggested looking at online pharmacies to see if they have it then letting us know so we could buy it and have it shipped to you. Please pick a course of action & let us know - preferably via email or a phone call so I don't have to hunt for answers in blog posts. Thanks, Mom
